- A personalised training plan delivered in 1-2 weeks blocks using Training Peaks and reviewed weekly.
- All sessions are included in the plan and training intensities prescribed.
- In depth analysis of your training and progress.
- Race execution plans for pacing, nutrition and equipment choices.
We make individual changes from week to week, so it is important that data is uploaded by the Friday of each week, this is also an opportune time to shoot us an email, with any changes to your circumstances that will impact on training.
The price for membership is $75.00 now and then $35.00 per Week.
